6. Showings

Once interested buyers see your listing, they are going to want to see it in person. The easier it is for them to do that, the more people will see it, and the faster you will get offers and the more likely you are to get a higher price. 7. Offers

Buyers who see and like your property will make offers on it. We handle the entire process including all of the communications and negotiations with the buyers and their agents. We make sure buyers are qualified and explain the details and caveats of their offers, but you make the decisions.

Once everyone agrees to the terms of an offer and negotiations are completed, your home will be under contract. We handle all of the details of the transaction from contract to closing, making sure that all of the many people involved do what they are supposed to, when they’re supposed to, and proactively coordinate the entire complex process to the finish.
